• Where is the store based?

  Madrid, Spain

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  I usually go to the post office on thursdays!

• Does shipping include tracking?

  To avoid any extra costs the shipping does not include tracking. If you'd like to add tracking to your shipping please, add to your cart the "Registered shipping" product!

• When are your working hours and how long does it take you to answer mails?

  My working time is Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 18:00 GMT+1
  Weekends and holidays I don't reply emails.

  In depends of the volume or mails and work I have, I usually reply 1-3 days (Please take into account the time difference). Also, during the weekends I won't reply. So in case you writting me on Fridays, I will reply on Mondays.
